The Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA) is set to announce the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Class 10 examination results tomorrow, April 10, 2025. Students who appeared for the exams can access their results on the official SEBA websites: sebaonline and resultsassam To retrieve their scorecards, students will need to input their roll numbers.
The HSLC examinations for the academic year 2024-2025 were conducted from February 15 to March 3, 2025, with practical exams held earlier on January 21 and 22, 2025.

Steps to Check Assam HSLC Class 10 Results:
- Visit the official SEBA website: sebaonline.org
- Click on the “Results” tab on the homepage.
- Select the link for “HSLC/AHM Results 2025.
- Enter your roll number and the captcha code in the designated fields.
- Click on the “Submit” button to view your results.
- Download and print the provisional mark sheet for future reference.
It’s important to note that the online mark sheet is provisional. Students are advised to collect their original mark sheets from their respective schools once they are available.
Previous Year’s Performance:
In 2024, the HSLC results were declared on April 20. The overall pass percentage was recorded at 75.7%, an improvement from 72.69% in 2023. Out of 419,078 students who appeared, 317,317 passed the examination. Notably, 105,873 students secured first division marks.
Alternative Methods to Access Results:
In addition to the official websites, SEBA may provide the option to check results via SMS. To use this service:
- Open the SMS application on your mobile phone.
- Type the message: ASSAM10<space>Roll Number
- Send this message to 56263.
- You will receive your result as an SMS reply shortly.
Grading System:
SEBA employs a grading system for the HSLC examinations:
- 91-100 marks: Grade A1 (Grade Point: 10)
- 81-90 marks: Grade A2 (Grade Point: 9)
- 71-80 marks: Grade B1 (Grade Point: 8)
- 61-70 marks: Grade B2 (Grade Point: 7)
- 51-60 marks: Grade C1 (Grade Point: 6)
- 41-50 marks: Grade C2 (Grade Point: 5)
- 30-40 marks: Grade D1 (Grade Point: 4)
- Below 30 marks: Grade F (Fail)
Post-Result Procedures:
Students who are unsatisfied with their results can apply for re-evaluation or rechecking through their schools. Additionally, those who do not pass in one or more subjects may have the opportunity to appear for compartmental examinations, the details of which will be announced by SEBA in due course.
